9. Extended Commercial Warranty and Spare Parts
All CUZO armchairs are covered by an extended 2-year commercial warranty on components and mechanisms, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
This commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the components or mechanisms of the product under normal intended use during the warranty period. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper storage, improper assembly, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose or care instructions. It also does not cover rust, corrosion, or any other damage resulting from improper storage, improper use, exposure to moisture, weather conditions, or other unsuitable external conditions.
To request warranty assistance, the customer must contact us through our contact form and provide proof of purchase together with a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the affected product.
Where a warranty claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the defective component, provide a replacement product, or offer another appropriate solution.
This commercial warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights or legal guarantees available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
We may also offer selected spare parts and replacement components for certain products separately from the warranty.
While we aim to keep spare parts available where possible, availability may vary and stock may be limited depending on the product, component, and current inventory levels. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific spare part or component.
If you need a spare part or replacement component, please contact us through our contact form with your order details and information about the product or part required, and we will do our best to assist you.
