Every CUZO armchair is designed for comfort, durability and everyday use. That’s why all CUZO armchairs are backed by an extended 2-year commercial warranty on components and mechanisms.
What’s covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the components or mechanisms of the product during normal intended use within the warranty period.
If an eligible warranty claim arises, we will assess the case and, where appropriate, replace the defective component or offer another suitable solution.
If the warranty claim is approved, the replacement component will be supplied and shipped at no cost to the customer. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, replacement parts may be purchased separately, and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
What’s not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- misuse or improper use
- improper storage
- incorrect assembly
- unauthorized repairs or modifications
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage
- rust, corrosion, or damage caused by moisture, weather exposure, or other unsuitable external conditions
- use contrary to the product’s intended purpose or care instructions
Spare parts in stock & on request
For selected models, we also offer spare parts and replacement components separately from the warranty.
Some spare parts are available directly on our website, while others are available on request. If you can’t find the part you need online, please contact us with your order details and information about the required component, and we’ll do our best to help.
Availability may vary depending on the model, component and current stock levels.

Our 2-year commercial warranty is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
